Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how Brevis Legal Technologies (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use legalysis.co (the “Service”). The short version: we do not store your source documents.

1. Your documents are never stored

When you submit a contract or other document, Legalysis processes its text to produce the analysis and then discards the source. We retain only the analysis results you choose to save in your account — never the original document.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email and workspace details.
  • Saved analyses — the summaries and risk flags you choose to keep (not the source document).
  • Usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to improve the Service.

3. How we use it

To operate the Service, produce your analyses, prevent abuse and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your documents to train models.

4. AI processing

Document text is processed by AI models solely to generate the analysis you requested. This processing is transient and is not used to identify you or retained beyond producing the result.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your account data and saved analyses. Email privacy@legalysis.co.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards. Because source documents are not stored, they cannot be exposed by a breach of our systems.

8. Contact
