Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Legalysis. By creating an account or using legalysis.co (the “Service”), operated by Brevis Legal Technologies (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Not legal advice
Legalysis is an analysis aid, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Its output is a machine-generated reading intended to assist your own review. It does not create a lawyer–client relationship and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional. For any consequential decision, consult a lawyer admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
2. The Service
Legalysis analyses legal documents you provide, flags potential risks and produces summaries. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
3. Your account & documents
You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 18. You confirm you have the right to upload any document you submit. We do not store your source documents (see our Privacy Policy); we retain only the analysis results you choose to save.
4. No warranty of accuracy
AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant that the Service will identify every risk or that any flag, grade or summary is accurate. You remain responsible for verifying the Service’s output before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Legalysis for unlawful purposes, to upload documents you have no right to, or to circumvent the Service’s fees or security.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
